Adrenal Fatigue Recipes – Very Green Smoothie
We often think a green juice or smoothie can’t taste good – so we stay away.
But this great tasting green smoothie, is really a tropical treat in disguise.
Adding leafy greens to your smoothie is critical, as it boosts the phytonutrients and fiber, which then slows down the absorption of sugars into your body.
The other benefits of phytonutrients are their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities. They may also improve our immunity and inter cellular communication, plus protect cells and DNA from damage that may lead to cancer.
So – the moral of the story – eat your greens!!
Very Green Smoothie
