Adrenal Fatigue Recipes – Raspberry Smoothie Bowl
Holidays … tropical island … warm, sunny weather … what do we think of when it’s time for breakfast – a fresh, tropical smoothie bowl.
So, if you’re looking for breakfast ideas when you’re not on a tropical island, how about this Raspberry Smoothie Bowl
There’s nothing better when the weather warms up. If you are craving sweet, then this smoothie bowl is almost dessert-like.
I try and limit this to maybe once a week at most. Remember fruit is sugar too, and our objective is to limit our sugar intake (but it is sooo tasty).
Nuts make a good topping – try and avoid adding dried fruit (concentrated sugar) or granola (too many carbs).
Raspberry Smoothie Bowl

- 2 tbsp. toppings of choice try a nut and seed mix for toppings - stay away from dried fruit (concentrated sugar) or granola (too many carbs)
Instructions
